Nick Vujicic has been my Hero for some years now. Watch this video over and over again. Never forget that you are precious, one of a kind, the only you in history. We, the rest of us need you!!!
Chip Conley gave this talk at TED in february 2010. Worth watching if you care ;-)
There are plenty of reasons that you or your company should outsource parts or sometimes every part of your business. When I started out making websites in the mid 90's, the competition was not scary. Today, "everybody" can make a Website, and sometimes in just a few minutes with all the tools and services that are available for just a few $. Ok, now you have your Website up and running. You have maybe spent day or even months to make it look nice. You tell your friends about it, and hope they will tell their friends about it…and on and on. You might have created a blog - just for fun, or to be able to earn some money promoting your company, products and services. Back in the 90's I used to have a button on my site telling me and the other visitors how many visitors that had been to my site. Because, in the end of the day, that is something you would like to know, unless you are juste writing something out in the blue. This site, whybcause.com has between 80-150 vitiators per day. Compared with the giants, it's nothing, but compared to "0" it's great. And I am really happy that you have found your way to my site.
Some tips, and a link to a video I found really interesting the other day.
#1 If you do not have your own blog, get one. I du suggest http://wordpress.com. The reason is that I have tested out 50 different solutions, and I do believe that Word press has the best flexibility out there. Get your own blog, at least for the fun of it and to be able to write about stuff that you care about.

#2 Sign up with http://www.google.com/analytics/  and get some feedback on your site.

#3 Tell me about your blog and I'll be glad to link to it from my blog right here. And that will certainly give you some traffic.
Finally. I came across this site the other day about outsourcing. You should take a good look at it because it contains some valuable information. The guy behind the video, John Reese is a giant within the online industry. He knows his stuff. He's actually making an highend online course for people. It might be a bit expensive, at least he is telling so, but you should absolutely take a look at the video. Be sure to grab a pen and pencil and take notes.

Outsourcing can become your worst nightmare if you do not think about everything. The reason for this is that the team you work with should absolutely be in "total sync" with you. If not, you'll spend alot of time and money, and in some cases - ruin your business. (I'm sorry for this scary part, but it is tru).
I do believe that making someone a Hero is probably the best thing you can do today. Take a look at this: http://www.arthurtaubo.com

Do not do it because of me, but because of someone you LOVE. At the end, you'll know how and I guess you'll say YES!

Wish you a great day!

PS! You will be glad that you did! People will think you are great!
and by the way: You are great!
A man came home from work late again, tired, irritated, and stressed, to find his six year old son waiting for him at the door.

“Daddy, may I ask you a question?”

“Yeah, sure, what is it?” replied the man.

“Daddy, how much money do you make an hour?”

“That is none of your business! What makes you ask such a question?” the man said irritatingly.

“Oh, I just wanted to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?” pleaded the little boy. “Well, if you must know, I make $20.00 an hour.”

“Oh,” the little boy replied, head bowed. Looking up, he said, “Daddy, may I borrow $10.00 please?”

The father was irritated. “If the only reason you want to know how much money I make is so you can borrow some for a dopey toy or other nonsense, then off to your room and think about your selfishness. And besides, you’re only six years old, and six year olds don’t need money. I work long, hard hours every day to earn money for you and your mom, I don’t have time to talk about loaning you money.”

The little boy went quietly to his room and shut the door.

After about an hour, the father had calmed down, and started to think he may have been a little hard on his son. Maybe there really was a reason he needed to borrow $10.00, he had never asked before for money. The father went to the boy’s room and knocked on the door. “May I come in?” inquired the father.

“Yes, Daddy,” replied the little boy.

“I have been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier,” said the man. “It has been a long, tough day and I took my anger out on you. Here’s the $10.00 you asked for.”

The little boy sat up straight and beaming said “Oh thank you Daddy!” Then, reaching under his pillow, he pulled out some crumpled up dollars. The father seeing that the boy already had money started to get angry again. The little boy slowly started to count out his money, then looked up at his father.

“Why did you want more money if you already had some?” the father grumbled. “Because I didn’t have enough, but now I do,” the little boy replied.

“For what,” said his father.

“Daddy, I have $20.00 now. Can I borrow an hour of your time?”

I found this story at www.drlaura.com

It's worth reading this blog: http://www.drlaurablog.com
If you sell digital products online you are no doubt aware of the two most popular affiliate networks, ClickBank and PayDotCom.

While both of these are great and I highly recommend each of them, today I came across a brand new service that really caught my attention. It's called PaySpree and the reason it caught my attention is that ALL its members get paid for their sales instantly by PayPal.

Even affiliates get paid for their referred sales instantly by PayPal.

I expect it to become quite a hit as the lure of 'instant commissions'  played a big part in the massive success of products such as 7DollarSecrets and the RapidActionProfits scripts.

I've actually come across products for sale that are just lists of affiliate programs that pay instant paypal commission. And I've seen many threads in the various internet marketing forums asking about where to find instant commission affiliate programs. Now there is an entire site and marketplace dedicated to them.

As soon as you become a member you can start promoting any product in the marketplace, and you can add your own products so affiliates can promote them for you. All commission payments are handled automatically by PaySpree, it sounds like a winner to me.

I've just signed up and had a look around the site and it seems pretty simple and non cluttered, check it out at the link below and let me know what you think.
Fear less, hope more;
Whine less, breathe more;
Talk less, say more;
Hate less, love more;

Swedish Proverb

(What lies behind us and what lies ahead of us are tiny matters compared to what lives within us.
~Oliver Wendell Holmes)

Sounds good to me, I'm actually married to a Swedish girl
Some years before my grandmother died, she told me:
You will soon forget all about me!

I've been thinking about those words since then, and yes:
I have forgotten…

not all about her…not her… but she is in the mist.
not because I want too, but because that is how this
life is.

We miss…

The other day I was told, by a person that should
not tell, that a person I knew, died from cancer
the other day.

The person that is now gone…
was a person I gave some flowers on Christmas last year
…not long ago

a person I spoke to on the phone less
than three weeks ago.

I asked: How are you doing?
If there is anything I can do for you, give me a call.

The person never did, but died.

I'm sad. This person was a great person,
struggles, yes…

When my grandmother died, she told me:
You will soon forget all about me!

No, I will not.

Success, money, life?

Life, wonderful and strange
